Application & Screening
All applicants 18+ must complete an application through our resident platform. Screening includes credit, criminal background, income verification (typically 2.5 to 3x monthly rent), and rental history.
Lease Terms
12-month lease terms are standard. Shorter terms may be available. Contact the office for current options and pricing.
Pets
Cats and dogs welcome with breed and weight restrictions. Pet deposit and monthly pet rent apply. The community includes a dedicated dog run.
Parking
Assigned parking is included with each home. Guest parking is available on-site.
Utilities
Electric is individually metered and billed directly to residents. Water and sewer are billed back monthly.
Smoking
Red Sea Grove is a smoke-free community. Smoking is not permitted in units or common areas.
